Item Care

  • Please do not wet your item or submerge them in water.
  • Please do not leave your item(s) in a place where they will be subject to extreme heat (like a closed car).
  • Please do not expose your items to children, animals, or drunk adults.

Payment

  • Credit cards and PayPal accepted, all credit card transactions will be processed via the PayPal interface during checkout.
  • It may take 1-3 business days for your payment to process.
  • Once the payment is processed and the funds are received, your item will be made or adjusted if required and then promptly shipped.

Shipping

  • All pre-made items ship within 1-3 Business days via USPS First Class Mail with Insurance.
  • Custom orders, items that are made-to-order, and items that require adjustments will be made as soon as possible, on a schedule to be determined when we discuss your customizations. Usually, there is less than 1 week needed to make and ship your item but some specialty items may require more time.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted for a full refund for undamaged products. The customer is responsible for shipping and handling to return the item. Once the item is received and processed, a full refund will be issued via PayPal, less the shipping and handling fees.
  • Refunds are processed via PayPal and may take a few business days to appear in your account.
  • Returns are not accepted for items that are damaged by any means mentioned in the item care or other forms of misuse.
